The aquaculture problem solver
Aquaculture customers building or upgrading land-based RAS facilities usually need GRP tanks, pipe systems and steel structures from three different suppliers. SIGRA brings all disciplines together under one contract.
Herde Kompositt prefabricates GRP tanks in its own production halls — so groundwork and fabrication can run in parallel, reducing total project time. Odda Plast prefabricates PE pipes on its own premises, with shorter lead times than imported alternatives. KB Stålindustri delivers steel structures from Karmøy.

PE/GRE pipe systems for RAS

Steel structures and walkways
Support structures, walkways, platforms and steel piping. For land-based facilities and floating aquaculture installations. EN 1090-EXC2 certified.
Rehabilitation of existing RAS facilities
Pipeliner lines existing pipe systems in older RAS facilities without full replacement. Also handles maintenance and rehabilitation of GRP tanks and containers — regardless of who originally supplied the facility.
Pre-engineering and design
Early-stage engineering for material selection, sizing and system design. Odda Plast contributes from concept study through to completed installation with full documentation.
Ongoing service and maintenance
Framework agreement for ongoing follow-up of GRP tanks, pipe systems and steel structures throughout the facility's service life. Agreed response times. Fixed pricing structure.
